I have been involved in a wide variety of sports over the years, specialising in cricket, rugby and athletics conditioning.
I have provincial colors in cricket, having represented KZN in 2013.
I believe exercise, sport and nutrition can help anyone and everyone live a much happier life - and I personally know how hard it can be to know where to start and how to reach your goals, which is why many people give up.
I pride myself in pushing my clients and giving the most accurate, scientifically backed ways to reach their goals and achieve the body of their dreams!
I strongly believe that nutrition is the most vital part of any training regime and I always stress this with my clients and provide the best possible nutrition plans and hacks!
