Personal Trainer Profile

My name is Warren Ahrens and I am 38 years old and married to a fitness crazy wife and we have 2 young children of our own.

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2005 and went on to work for USN (Ultimate Sports Nutrition) for about 3 years and then went on to full time personal training at Virgin Active for what is coming up to be 11 years in November this year. I was a competitive sponsored physique athlete and won the Mr & Ms Fitness South Africa Pageant / Physique division both in 2008 & 2010.

I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and to see my clients achieve their goals. I have helped hundreds of clients through thousands of sessions to become a better, stronger, healthier version of themselves and i look forward to working with you.
