You Can Say I’m Passionate. This Realization Started When I Was 9 Years Old. Where I Come From, Nothing Is Ever Provided. You Either Make It, Or You Don’t. I Simply Had To Make It. This Forced Commitment Allowed Me To Excel Within My Sporting Career During My Early School Life, playing for KZN. At 9 Years Old! Later To Go On Representing KZN & South Africa.

And Then It Happened…

The Injury That We Couldn’t Afford. This Left Me Broken. Never To Play Sports At That Level, Ever Again.

I Turned To The Gym And Once Again My Commitment Exceeded My Expectations. I Competed And Dominated Within My Division! My New Interests Lead Me To Personal Training Where I Soon Learnt That Helping Others Achieve Their Goals Was The Most Joyful Experience Out Of It.

After Years Of Personal Training Success, I Used My Capital Gain To Venture Into The Sports Supplements Industry And Currently Own & Operate 2 Sports Supplement Stores In Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal.

With This Platform I Intend To Extend My Helping Hand And Show You That This Journey Is Possible. I Have Done It, And I Would Love To Show You How You Can Too. The Limitations Of A Human Being Exist Only In Their Mind, In Reality,
