My name is Jessica Souman, I am a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active Germiston. When I was younger I started training at home with my sister, I fell in love with it. After school I decided to follow my dream career, I love training people to help them achieve their goals. When you think you can't do it, you just need that motivation from a trainer to push you to that point to show you that it's possible.
