My name is Garth Gibbons - the head Coach at Aesthetic Evolution.
I am a Personal Trainer that specializes in Weight Loss and Body Transformations.
I chose this route because I personally know what it feels to be unfit and unhealthy. To have low self esteem, feel uncomfortable, depressed and not happy with your body. I know exactly how debilitating it can feel.
Just a few years ago, I was in that position. I was overweight and unhappy with my physical appearance.
I decided to take my life into my own hands, start training, take control and make my health a PRIORITY.

Today, I am the fittest I have ever been!
I have studied Personal Training, educated myself on all aspects of training and continuously apply all my knowledge into my own training and clients.
I've stepped on a Competitive bodybuilding Stage multiple times, conquered goals and done incredible things through training.
I am now more confident than ever, my health is in check and I have turned my life around completely!

Now, I use my own experiences, along with my qualifications and research to help people just like you achieve their goals.
I know how it feels to walk in your shoes.. I am now here to guide you, educate, train and help you turn your life around too.

My goal as your coach is not only to give you quality Tailored Meal and Workout Plans, but to also keep you motivated, change your mindset and help educate you to take your Physique and Lifestyle to the NEXT LEVEL.

All it takes is motivation, determination and consistency to succeed. You may not always have the motivation, but I will be here with you every step of the way assisting and pushing you to achieve your personal goals.
Before you know it you will find yourself looking at your body in a whole new light. You'll feel better, healthier, happier and more confident.
